Do you have something you don’t use anymore and would like to sell it to someone? Or do you have something you would like to buy from another country but you don’t have time to travel to buy it?
We created new channels for those people who want to buy/sell something from our community members. 😄
If you have something you would like to sell, please post the information in dublin-selling channel. It could be goods or services that you produce, or you can resale something from retail stores in your regions/countries.
If you want to buy something from someone else in this community, please post the information in fermanagh-buying channel. It could be something you cannot buy in your country, or someone’s hand-made items, or second-hand goods etc…
Please use dublin-selling and fermanagh-buying channels to post the information about your selling/buying items and if you find someone interested in, please schedule an online meeting and discuss more details. 🙂

Let's continue on positive and negative verb forms in present tense.
Please note that the register is mainly controlled by conjugating the verb at the end of the sentence. If you go for masu form, the sentence sounds proper so it is always a safe as well as a practical choice
We of course sometimes use the dictionary form at the end of the sentence too. However, when we do, we usually add suffixes such as ね, よ and の to give the final touch in order to avoid sounding too blunt.
Dictionary from is mainly used because of the purpose of noun modification
